Inspiration
Another beige set? Yeah, another beige set.
GMK Beige Boogaloo started with a pretty simple idea. I wanted to take the classic beige colouway that we've all seen a million billion times and give it a little twist.
Instead of going with the traditional darker modifiers and lighter alphas, I decided to flip things around. I really loved how some sets did this flip and, selfishly, wanted a more neutral set (hence beige). And because apparently inverting the colours wasn't enough, I wanted to incorporate GMK's FX effect to give the set a little extra pizzazz. This is the Boogaloo part of the keycap set. I had been sitting on this for a while, and FINALLY decided to ask the oh-so talented Nephlock for some help. The end result is something that feels both familiar and a little different.
There's always room for one more beige set… right?
